WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE VENUE RENTAL?

It is an all-day rental (ending at midnight) and the rental fee is solely for the venue. No tables, chairs, or decorations are included in the rental fee. An additional cleaning fee is required to all events.​

WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE?

• Private dressing room

• On-site restrooms (Up to 8, depending on the size of your event)

• 3 Acres dedicated to event parking

• Outdoor terrace

• Grass areas surrounding the barn

• 2 Indoor bar areas

• 8 Large 72" indoor ceiling fans

• No vendor restrictions

• Alcohol is permitted to your 21+ guests. ​

• Access to the rental for set up and/or rehearsal the day before

• Midnight event end time

WHAT IS THE VENUE CAPACITY?
We can seat up to 300 guests indoors with a DJ and/or band and dance floor. If a DJ/band and dance floor are not needed, we can seat up to 350 guests. There is also an outdoor terrace and grass area to accommodate more of your guests.​​  ​​​​
